Mom may have been small in stature at a height of 4ft 9in….However, her personality, charm, compassion was mighty big. She deeply loved her family and all of her friends wholeheartedly. Percy was predeceased by his parents Ladner and Mildred Broydell brothers, Carl (Della) Broydell and Guy brother-in-law, Ron English sister-in-law Gertie Broydell and fur puppy Rosie. Percy passed away at The Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Jat the age of 80 and survived by his daughter Skye Broydell of Barrie, ON and mother of Skye, Whitney Bowyer-Broydell brothers, George Broydell and Wallace (Grace) Broydell sisters, Arlene Broydell and Millie English sister-in-law Alberta Broydell plus a large circle of extended family and friends. It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Raymond (Percy) Broydell of Salt Pond, Burin, announces his passing. Funeral Service will follow in Caul's Chapel on Wednesday, Jat a time to be announced. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home LeMarchant Road on Wednesday, July 28 from 10 a.m. Clare's for the support and care over the last number of weeks.
